Why do we use PayPal to process our transactions?

We use PayPal to process our web store credit card transactions because PayPal provides a safer way to make and accept payments online without sharing your financial information. You can pay using the method you prefer, including credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, or pay by credit card without a PayPal account. Both parties are better protected from fraud by using this service, and it helps Moab Art Works to keep costs lower.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase items at the Moab Art Works Web Store?

No. You may check out using the Paypal shopping cart, but choose the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account. You will be invited to open an account at the completion of your transaction This option is on the left side of the checkout screen. (see picture here)

What is your Return Policy?

Items may be returned for up to 30 days after purchase with the original receipt. Please try to re-use the packaging we shipped the item in. Items must be in unused, re-saleable condition to be eligible for a complete refund. Items not in this condition may be accepted minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the gallery.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased in increments of $5, minimum $5. Gift certificates may ONLY be redeemed in our online store and REQUIRE a PayPal account. If you do not see the item you want in our web store, please call the gallery on (435) 259 3010 or use our feedback form.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling is calculated by total order weight on checkout. Add items to your cart to estimate shipping charges to your zip code in the PayPal shopping cart.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address. Sales tax will be added at 7.9% for shipping addresses in the state of Utah.
